Q: Who is responsible for taxes & duties?
For UK
All orders placed from the UK. are shipped Duties & Taxes Paid. This means the final order amount you see at checkout, is the final amount you'll pay. There are no additional fees once your order arrives in the UK.
For the Rest of World
The shipping cost added to your order at the time of checkout does not include possible duties & taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is traveling to.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information or estimations on these costs.
Should you wish to return an item, VINMOSA is unable to refund any duties and taxes paid, as your payment was made directly to your local customs office. Please contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
Q: How to track my order?
A: After your package is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number directly in the email to track your order.
Q: What should I do if my package has not moved for a long time or is not delivered on time?
A: If your package has not moved for a long time, please contact us immediately at service@vinmosa.com, and we will verify the status of your package for you. If your package is delivered outside the promised timeframe on our website for any reason, please contact us at service@vinmosa.com, and we will send you a pre-paid return label and provide a 100% refund.
